With over 3 million unique interactions per day the Rabobank App is our main point of contact with our customers.
So, how can we make sure we engage in the most suitable and relevant way with our customers? We believe that a Digital Financial Assistant can make a difference. Digital Financial Assistants are advanced bots that interact in a personal manner, understand the context of individual customers and can also perform actions on behalf of the customer, often powered by Generative AI and proactive capabilities.
Rabobank has chatbot Robin that is at an early stage of becoming a Digital Assistant and is now powered by GenAI. In the challenge we like to ask you to envision the future of our Digital Assistant Robin and its capabilities. The goal is to drive engagement with our customers, support them with daily banking tasks, financial healthy living and enable cross-sell. Our main target group for this concept are customers in the age 0 to 30 years.
For this challenge we like to invite you to think out of the box, look beyond current banking apps and help us shape the future of Robin.
